SC3 Network

Terms of Use

These Terms establish the basic rules for using MySC3 and provide a foundation that can expand as the SC3 Investment Network adds accounts, tools, research features, challenges, and member services.

Effective: September 6, 2026
Pre-launch Terms

MySC3 does not currently provide individualized investment advice or execute trades.

The SC3 Network is being built around investing education, research, simulated challenges, and tools that help users develop their own decision-making process. Investing remains the responsibility of the individual investor.

01

Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of MySC3.com and the portions of the SC3 Investment Network that reference or incorporate these Terms.

By accessing or using MySC3, you agree to use the website in accordance with these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the website.

02

Purpose of MySC3

MySC3 is being developed as the connecting hub for the SC3 Investment Network, including StockConfidence, StockCapitalization, and StockChallenges.

The network is intended to provide educational information, research-oriented tools, investing activities, simulated challenges, and other resources designed to help individual investors improve their knowledge and decision-making process.

Features, services, and availability may change as the platform develops.

03

Educational Information Only

Content provided through MySC3 and the SC3 Investment Network is intended for general educational, informational, research, and entertainment purposes.

Nothing on MySC3 should be interpreted as individualized investment advice, financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, accounting advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or trade any security or financial instrument.

Users remain responsible for evaluating information independently and making their own financial and investment decisions.

04

Investment Risk

Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal.

Past performance, simulated results, challenge results, rankings, research observations, historical returns, hypothetical results, and educational examples do not guarantee future performance.

Market conditions can change rapidly, and investments that appear attractive at one time may later decline substantially in value.

05

No Broker, Adviser, or Fiduciary Relationship

Your use of MySC3 does not create a broker-client, investment adviser-client, fiduciary, attorney-client, accountant-client, or similar professional relationship.

MySC3 does not currently execute securities transactions, take custody of investment assets, or manage investment accounts.

If future services materially change this relationship, the applicable terms and disclosures should be updated before those services are offered.

06

Accounts and Future Member Features

MySC3 is currently in a pre-launch stage, and the current Sign In page does not provide active account authentication.

Future versions of MySC3 may offer accounts, profiles, saved research, challenge participation, preferences, subscriptions, or other member features.

Additional rules, eligibility requirements, security procedures, pricing terms, or account agreements may apply to those features when they are introduced.

07

Stock Challenges and Simulated Activities

Certain SC3 properties may include investing challenges, competitions, simulated portfolios, rankings, scoring systems, or other activities designed to evaluate investment decisions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, challenge activity should not be understood as actual brokerage activity or as evidence that identical results could be achieved using real money.

Rules, pricing assumptions, timing, liquidity, execution, taxes, fees, market impact, and other real-world factors may differ from simulated environments.

08

Accuracy and Availability of Information

MySC3 aims to provide useful and accurate information, but financial data, market information, research content, educational material, third-party information, and website features may contain errors, delays, omissions, or outdated information.

Information may come from third-party sources and may not be independently verified in every instance.

MySC3 does not guarantee that information will always be complete, accurate, current, uninterrupted, or suitable for a particular purpose.

09

Third-Party Websites and Services

MySC3 may link to websites, market-data providers, research platforms, service providers, or other third-party resources.

Links are provided for convenience and do not necessarily constitute an endorsement of the third party or its products, services, information, security practices, or privacy practices.

Your use of third-party services is subject to the terms and policies established by those third parties.

10

Acceptable Use

You may not use MySC3 to interfere with the operation or security of the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious software, scrape or extract protected content in violation of applicable rights, impersonate another person, abuse interactive features, or use the network for unlawful purposes.

You also may not attempt to bypass security controls, access restricted systems, disrupt other users, or misuse any future account, challenge, research, or community feature.

11

Intellectual Property

MySC3, SC3, StockConfidence, StockCapitalization, StockChallenges, associated branding, original website designs, written materials, educational frameworks, graphics, software, and other original content may be protected by intellectual-property laws.

Except where expressly permitted, access to the website does not grant permission to reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit protected SC3 content.

Third-party names, trademarks, data, and content remain the property of their respective owners.

12

User Content and Future Community Features

If MySC3 later permits users to submit comments, investment ideas, research, challenge entries, profile information, messages, or other content, additional rules should govern those submissions.

Users should not submit content they do not have the right to use or content that is unlawful, deceptive, abusive, defamatory, infringing, or harmful.

Any future license granted to MySC3 for submitted content should be clearly described before community submission features are activated.

13

No Warranties

MySC3 and its content are provided on an as-available and as-is basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

No guarantee is made that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, complete, accurate, or available at all times.

No guarantee is made regarding investment outcomes, educational outcomes, challenge performance, portfolio performance, research conclusions, or financial results.

14

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, MySC3 and the SC3 Investment Network should not be liable for investment losses, trading losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, business interruption, or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or special damages arising from reliance on website content or use of the network.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations or exclusions, so portions of these limitations may not apply to every user.

15

Changes to the Website

MySC3 may add, remove, redesign, suspend, or modify features, content, services, links, tools, challenge formats, or network integrations as the platform evolves.

There is no guarantee that any specific feature or service will remain available indefinitely.

16

Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be revised as MySC3 develops new services, account functionality, paid products, data integrations, research tools, community features, or other capabilities.

Updated Terms should be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the website after updated Terms become effective may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by applicable law.

Before Public Launch

These Terms should be reviewed again before production.

Once the final business structure, authentication provider, analytics, member features, challenge rules, paid services, data sources, and other production systems are known, these Terms should be reviewed against the actual operating model.
